01Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share when you contact us, offer a donation, sign up to volunteer, refer a child or ask about our work. This may include your name, email address, phone number and preferred way to reach you.

If you offer a tangible donation, we may ask for photographs and a description of the item so we can evaluate whether it fits our current needs. Volunteer forms may ask about your interests, availability and skills. Referral forms ask for general information about the child and family being referred, not detailed personal records.

02How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate donations, coordinate volunteers, follow up on referrals and administer the work of Room Redux of Georgia and SELL Co.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

03Sharing with service providers

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and forms, send email or store submissions. Those providers are only given access to the information they need to deliver the service.

04Referral form privacy

The referral form should never include a child's full name, exact address, medical records, court documents, photographs or detailed descriptions of abuse or trauma. We only need general information to begin a conversation with the appropriate contact.

If you are unsure what to include, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
